I am a person who comes from South Africa where the services are very poor and you will wait up to 6 hours or more just to be helped. Dr Weber gave me the best service I could have ever expected in a million years and not only that but the help from the staff and nurses was from heaven I can say thank you very much and God bless you all. The hospital was very well organized,and very clean Staaf knew what they were doing and was willing to take you where you needed to be

This whole place the doctors office and the ER are horrendously horrible also do not have a child with special needs or health related issues cause they’re quick to call CPS on you and they’ll treat you like you are purposely making your child sick for attention and that’s why they will call on you because they think that you do that type of stuff because you have a child that has special needs and has a lower immune system and also has critical dysplasia and I think that is a made up language that it’s not an actual diagnosis. It’s something that you randomly diagnosed your child with just to get attention. And they will talk to you like you were beyond stupid like you cannot understand anything that they’re saying it’s actually that they can’t understand anything that anybody else is say

Crete Area Medical Center is a great place to go to for medical care and treatment. The people are friendly, helpful from the beginning to the Drs who help you with your health care needs.

They treat people as if they are ignorant. They are rarely timely in responding, they even attempt to try to dictate terms to people. Run their life and treat them as if the medical staff is their boss. Lots of disturbing treatment. Its big brother knows best. Only have two good doctors, rest are scary inexperienced and poor at customer service.

While my earwax issue (which was affecting my hearing) could likely have been resolved at any clinic, I was impressed with my experience at Crete Medical Center. A nurse flushed the wax, and for the first time I can remember, I left a doctor’s office with a problem that was completely resolved. Although Dr. Jason Hesser spent only a short time with me, I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment, and he personally returned after the procedure to confirm that my hearing was restored. The efficiency, organization, and ability to handle tests and procedures on site reassured me that transferring my care to Crete Medical Center was the right decision.
