When for a visit to see my aunt. The faculty and staff at this place are amazing.I absolutely love the friendly atmosphere and the way that they treat all of the residents staying. The new upgrades to the facility.Look amazing.And I just have to say , again , how much I loved the friendly amazing staff. Thank you all so much for being such loving and kind people.

My father has been at Crestview for 2 years now & my family could not be more happy with his care. The staff are not only proactive and conscientious, but they are kind and understanding as well. Every single member of the staff from the front office, to the nurses, the chef, and the maintenance crew, they all treat my Dad like he’s a member of their family & the peace of mind that this gives us cannot be minimized. My parents have been there for 5 years now. They get great care and it is comforting knowing they are safe and taken care of. Just like anything else you have to be visible and not just leave them there and don't come back.

My Mom has been a resident here for over two years in the memory care center and she tells me every time I see her how much she likes it there. Today there was an unexpected tornado warning and I immediately looked at my camera app and witnessed the staff immediately waking her up from her nap moving her to safety with patience and compassion. One of the many ways they show their excellence.

Nurses and staff are exceptional! Each one that has helped to take care of my dad since he has been there has been very patient, compassionate, and caring with him even on days when he can be difficult and hard to make happy. Even though my dad doesn't participate they have wonderful activities for the residents who do and always try to include him. They are always willing to listen to any complaints or problems that may arise and do their best to resolve.
