Crestmoor Care Center

My dear mother’s stay there was filled with care and compassion. Her physical therapists were kind and patient with her. I know she was challenging at times but i never saw anyone lose their temper with her. Having her stay here was without a doubt the best for her!

My mom has been a resident there for almost a year and in that time I have seen great changes from new administration, new staff all around the quality staff staying helping oversee this place to become something that is truly helpful for the people that do need it. The environment is better the Patient's morale all around increasing the little things they do to help cheer the patient's up is something wonderful And I greatly appreciated the changes they've made to improve this place And it makes my heart happy to see my mom making such great changes with their new improvements

The rehab gym was just revamped and it looks amazing! The residents are so excited to continue therapy in this space and love the new therapy team. Crestmoor therapy team is committed to improving our patients overall health, quality of life, and the ability to return to their homes safely.

The staff at Crestmoor are absolutely wonderful, they take exceptional care of my mother. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank you to the great staff for the tender loving care the provide to my mother.

Just last week, we had the opportunity to work with the Crestmoor team. They were extremely helpful in transitioning our hospice patient into long-term care. Everything moved quickly—from clinical approval to arranging a family tour—and the process was smooth not only for our team, but also for the patient’s family. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the community and the professionalism of the clinical staff we have worked with so far.
