My experience at my new physical therapy clinic has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and genuine care, which immediately puts me at ease. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient, encouraging, and attentive to my individual needs. They take the time to explain every exercise and celebrate even the smallest progress, making me feel supported and motivated every step of the way. The positive energy in the space makes each session feel less like an appointment and more like a step toward real healing. He is a kind, caring, and compassionate therapist who truly loves what he does. The entire staff is professional, attentive, and dedicated to their patients’ well-being. What can I say about Crescent Physical Therapy? Everyone there is friendly, patient, informative, instructive, knowledgeable, professional, ready to answer your questions…and ready to help through the routines to make you feel better. The best. I can’t say enough. I went 3 times a week for 6 weeks for work on an extremely painful hip. At the end of my visits I was pain free. Thank you CPT.

I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On one hand, the physical therapy staff is wonderful—they are kind, professional, and truly good at what they do However, the owner completely ruins the atmosphere. He acts more like a loud dispatcher than a healthcare provider, constantly barking into an annoying walkie-talkie that never stops. It’s incredibly distracting for patients trying to heal, and you can see it makes the entire staff nervous and on edge. A physical therapy clinic should be a place of focus and recovery, not a place where you have to listen to constant radio chatter. Great workers, but the management style is exhausting."
