Creekside Village Healthcare

So so sad Alzheimer's patient's don't get water like they should. Don't get help getting feed. Employees in cell phones and they never get there cloths back. Very sad place. when they lay in their own piss for hours and the CNA‘s never come in there and change them and it goes through their clothes onto the bed when I first put my husband in there. It seemed like a good place but now it does I can’t even go state to visit family and I get phone calls saying my husbands bed is soaking wet and my husband soaking wet sitting in his wheelchair and they have not saw one CNA ladies come in as they are there with him. It is some good CNA ladies, but then it’s some bad ones. He is on hospice he’s been on hospice ever since I put him in there he can’t walk talk feed himself. I try my best to get

My mother-in -law was at Creekside Village Healthcare for several years, the care was top notch. Any concerns about her health , were addressed promptly and explained thoroughly. The caring staff and administrator have always been wonderful.

This is a great nursing home. I have know lots of people that have had great care at Creekside Village Healthcare in Clute, TX. It's the best nursing home in the area. The food is great and the staff is loving and gives great care. I recommend all people put their loved ones here.

I don't have family here, but if I did, I'd move them after what I witnessed yesterday. I was taking my Mother to see her doctor at the hospital complex in Angleton. On the way, we ended up following a van from this facility. When it turned right, off of Mulberry (Hwy 35) onto Hospital Drive, it completely blew through the RED traffic light. That happens often, so I didn't think too much about it. We followed the van into the hospital complex. I dropped my Mother at the front door, drove to a spot at the back of the parking lot where I could see the front door, and settled in for the long wait usually associated with a doctor's appointment. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! My great grandpa was literally stripped down to a diaper and forced to lay on a bare bed with no blanket for HOURS!! He was denied food, water, and basic hygiene on a regular basis. The staff couldn't care less about the people that stay here. A nurse was overheard telling another staff member that she had to HIT a woman with Alzheimer's TWICE that day because she wasn't listening to her. I wouldn't wish this dump on my worst enemy. I can't believe they are still in business. This is the kind of place you hear about on the 6 o'clock news.Thank God we finally got my Papa out of there.
