Attended a couples massage class hosted by Candi, the owner. She laid out what to expect, and what not to expect, so everyone was on the same page. She explained things in such a clear, efficient manner, and ensured that every person was comfortable on whatever level was appropriate for them. Created an atmosphere of utmost professionalism, serenity, knowledge, and fun. I don't think there was anyone there who walked away without new skills and knowledge. I have been seeing Candi for over 8 years. She is the most phenomenal massage therapist I have ever encountered. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about all bodywork modalities so whether you want deep tissue, relaxing Swedish massage or anything between she can help you feel your best. She’s truly magical!

I LOVE this place! I got fascia work done by Ell who owns Knead Massage. And it was SO helpful in conjunction with my chiropractic. She has a beautiful ambiance and room and I was so comfortable with her. It’s the first time I’ve actually fallen asleep during a session and I comically snorted myself awake. Can’t wait to go back for my next regular muscle massage and would highly recommend her. Looking over at the other practitioners in that space, I’d definitely be interested in more services!

I visited Creating a Sustainable You for the first time today after a 4 year massage hiatus. I booked with Grace and boy am I ever glad I did!!
