If I could give MORE than 5 stars to CRE8 Pharmacy I really would as they ALWAYS go above and beyond for our company! Rachel has A LOT to do with this rating! We have worked with Rachel for a long time. Rachel is in charge of several of our weight loss centers!! Rachel ALWAYS strives for 100% excellence and consistent customer service! She is ALWAYS pleasant and kind and is quick to follow up with any questions or concerns. Amidst how busy she is she takes the time to speak with us about any sudden changes and always keeps us updated on delays. She should be congratulated on a job WELL DONE. We love her and appreciate all she does for us and its A LOT.!! Kathryn is another person to mention as she is so gracious and kind when you call. So helpful and professional. As a pharmacist, I can't say enough about this place!! The team here is incredibly professional, organized, and fast. I work daily with Michael and Catherine and I'm impressed with their efficiency and dedication to providing top notch service. Whether it's filling a prescription or answering my questions, they always go above and beyond to help. Working with them is an absolute pleasure. Love working with Cre8 Pharmacy. Their staff ( Especially Taylor- I ask her so many questions) goes above and beyond to explain their products and services. They create effective medications that have reproducible results. Many patients in the office have benefited from their quality compounds. Still use them and will continue to do so. Great work!

My first interaction with the pharmacist today. She was more concerned in proving it was not thier fault then just fixing it.
