I could not speak more highly of Crawford Drug. Echoing many others' comments, it's such a blessing to be able to call the pharmacy and get a real human on the phone immediately who quickly addresses my requests or questions — avoiding the long hold times and many "press this button if..." prompts that corporate pharmacies burden their patients with. Crawford Drug staff always recognize and greet me warmly when I walk in, they are so kind, and they are very knowledgeable and professional. I've stayed with Crawford Drug even after moving a bit farther from the area because these perks are priceless when compared to the hassle of being with a corporate pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. I strongly encourage everyone to support this local gem!

My family is so grateful to Crawford Drug - their pharmacy and customer service beats any big chain by a thousand fold. When I call, I always get a human on the phone, and they know my name. There’s no going through 50 automated menus just to leave a message and never get a call back. They have been nothing but helpful, prompt and accommodating when filling prescriptions, dealing with renewals, and even helping out with any little issues. Mike, the whole staff and family is great. Their customer care is just hugely refreshing and rare in the current state of our healthcare system. Fully recommend

I have been with this pharmacy, now for about 1.5/-2 years, coming from another pharmacy, No Problems! Or Stress about it. As a matter of fact, the pharmacists, and everyone else that works there are sooo kind , and helpful!! Always on time with refills, delivery's, also , never out of my meds ,!! Your friendly neighborhood drugstore. Very friendly and accommodating staff, who make a point of remembering your name from your very 1st visit. My kind of experience. Sticking with them, even though there are more convenient pharmacies to go to!

Great personalized service. Always has my medications in stock. Best of all they offer free delivery. The only hang up I can see that prevents 5 stars is that they don't accept RX discount coupons for people having to pay cash for medications.
