WOW!  I have felt a level of relaxation I have rarely felt in the past few years in my head, neck, and shoulders! While a few things have temporarily helped, my true test during this time has been overnight. The work always comes undone.  But not this time!  Everything is still good, AND I was able to have a less painful and more effective swim session this morning.  Historically, swim helps but also highlights the areas of discomfort.  Today my swim stroke actually improved! I've had multiple moments of tears in my eyes gratitude at the incredible support I received from Christian, and I am delighted to report I am now returning to trail running, a sport I spent most of last year training for but it tended to make things worse. Five stars, for sure!

Must still be KO from the last massage! Christian is a true healer. He listens to what you have to say because he believes that you know your body best. He’ll really take his time to hear you out and ask questions to help guide him into the body work, testing here or there how you respond to various movements before he begins. It really takes extra care to be as patient and responsive as Christian is especially when you’re crippled by pain! His approach is accommodating and professional, and I walked away with a deeper understanding of my body’s natural way, deep relief from the hurt I was causing it with day to day activities, and even had homework to course correct any further damage. Christian takes a holistic approach to healing and is extremely knowledgeable about wellness and how the body works. Every appointment is always a learning opportunity and I'm grateful he's part of my healing team. He never makes you feel like just a patient or a number. He truly takes the time to understand you and your motivations, and creates a care plan that truly works for you. I absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to gain more mobility, heal from an injury, or just wanting to get stronger.

Had an amazing massage today! I worked with Christian and I was very impressed! He was able to target all the right spots for my neck and shoulder blade pain. I loved how he helped me understand my body better and I really feel that what he did really helped me. I will definitely be back to continue working towards my healing goals!

Every session I have with Christian is amazing. He listens and takes his time to make sure that he addresses my concerns.
