Rude, judgemental, inexperienced staff, left my mom alone in a room while she was extremely sick, didn’t check up on her, bias, unprofessional, has that ‘small town’ arrogance vibe, known to have faulty X-rays with the nursing home patients, Steve, in particular was unhelpful and acted very stuck up to be in the field of helping others, unable to deal with patients who are a little slower and need more explanation, the staff was very rude when asked to repeat and explain what they mean when asked, the staff has zero patience for their patients! Disappointing! I will be filing a proper complaint about the experience with the Health Board.

Crane hospital is a glorified band- aid station. They are worthless.
