Crandon Pharmacy

I switched from Wolf River pharmacy to the Crandon Pharmacy because the wolf river pharmacy is incompetent. They kept screwing up my prescriptions, charging me the wrong amount and would close without notice, telling me to go to another pharmacy for the meds I needed that day. They also have a staff member that knows nothing about customer service. I received great care at the crandon pharmacy and was distressed when I found out they were merging with the wof river pharmacy. I called in a prescription on Tuesday to pick up on Thursday and it wasn't prepared. I waited and when I got home, it was an old prescription. I called and was told it was never called in. I called the vet and they said they called it in and another tech verified that she heard the order being called in. When I to

The Crandon pharmacy are absolutely amazing. The staff that are there are so caring and so helpful. They go out of their way all the time to help me and my wife with our prescriptions. I couldn’t say enough, kind words about them.

Always overly busy but they do care that's why I love the original ma and pop stores
