Crandall Pharmacy

I truly value Crandall Pharmacy and the care I’ve received overall. The pharmacist and most of the staff are excellent — especially Heather, who consistently goes above and beyond and shows genuine empathy and professionalism. She is always kind, helpful, and patient, and that level of service is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. I arrived shortly before closing to pick up a prescription that I had been told would be ready. When I got there, I was informed that it was not ready and that there were two people ahead of me. I explained that this was a medication I cannot miss and that I needed it that evening. I was then told I would need to come inside. Maybe it’s just me, but I have had some ups and downs with this Pharmacy. Sometimes everything is smooth. I get communication when something is delayed or ready for pick up. Other times they never let me know when a prescription is either ready or back ordered or unavailable. For the most part, the one thing that is consistent is the inconsistency. Most of the staff super helpful responsive Heather is amazing. However, there are some that I feel the pharmacy would benefit to reallocate that person or persons to other duties. For the most part, I still use them for convenience since they are the only game in Crandall for now. So just be cautious if you don’t hear anything in two days or receive a text message, you may want to call. Your prescription may have not even been entered.

Small town USA and the pharmacy is perfect in this area. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Though they lack in technology you get the personal attention the big city doesn't. They are surprisingly fast for a small pharmacy but even though this area has been growing by leaps and bounds they still take care of you the patient. Highly recommend over big pharmacy and literally the only downside is them closing at 530. I get it but would be happy if they had later hours even if 1-2 days a week. Always have been treated awesome and the staff are top notch as well.

Great staff. Always takes care of us and tries to help with making sure scripts are refilled. Very friendly and professional. Best pharmacy ever. Love having a small town pharmacy instead of dealing with the big box brands.

This is the slowest most inefficient pharmacy i have ever been to. When trying to get urgent medicine for my friend's child the prescription took an hour to be filled, with 40 minutes spent waiting on site. This was not a compound medication, it was simply basic medications. They'll need to work on timing and their urgency or a competitor will put them out of business.
