A vintage cottage feel- like you’re at home when you walk in. Receptionist Nancy was very kind and welcoming. Rare to see nurses and aides smiling at a visitor. I’ve worked with a lot of nursing homes. The biggest thing I look for is compliance, documentation and care. It was very clean, which is rare to find. The administrator genuinely mentioned she wants to give back to the community and see how they can get involved. Not to gain anything. But truly see what to give to contribute, even if it’s a companion volunteer. Excited for them. Rare to find ethical healthcare workers especially in leadership…

I appreciate the admissions director, she took the time to answer my questions and talked me through the steps to get Medicaid for a family member. I appreciate her doing that when though she knew her facility couldn’t meet the care needs since I need a locked unit.

I wish I could give zero stars or I would. If you want to send your loved one to a place that is fully staffed, has compassionate workers that will assist with your loved ones needs? Do not send them here! Had a relative very close relative passed away due to several falls as she was a fall risk which said it right on her wrist! when I went up there, the smell was terrible, Staff members taking their sweet time and leaving people for hours for the simplest things. The “lack of staff” issue was everyday. This place is a health hazard in more ways than one! Look elsewhere!

My dad is in a very long recovery process after illness in ‘22. We have been to several different facilities along the way, I now have a comparison to a facility another family member is in, and without a doubt I can say that Cranbury Center has the largest group of caring people that chose their job for the right reason. My dads main purpose for being in a sub acute facility was rehabilitation. The REHABILITATION TEAM is amazing, Ron and Mike were the primary therapists that made the success happen. The entire team worked together with new ideas for every session to get my dad up and moving, speech got him off a peg tube and back to eating and drinking with no restrictions. My dad showed up with a tracheostomy, stage 4 wound, peg tube, not even able to move his arms at all; he left

Couldn't ask for a better pt ot team.i was admitted on a stretch walked out with a walker.day nurses and cna were great.i have to give props to linda for taking good care of me and inilla for always being there when I needed help.willy on second shift was gentle and always helping to get me in and out of bed with no pain.diffently need more help like the day nurse linda inilla and willy
