I have been more than satisfied in the past, but now not so much. Made appt online for a Saturday. Received a text reminder 24 hours before the appt. Great so far. Approximately 3 hours after the text, the office called and said that they double booked and I would have to reschedule for, get this, 6 weeks later! No alternatives and zero effort to correct their mistake. That is just poor customer service. I would be reluctant to trust an "appointment" being kept by them in the future.

I have been going there for 5 years now... yearly... all my Appointments were on time (no waiting) paperwork was clear and understandable and the Docs all answered my questions in a way that made sense... Eye Glass Prices are comparable to most other major Eye Care Centers ... the Service on the glasses was above ordinary ... highly recommended
