Craft Smiles: Modern Family Dentistry

We absolutely love Craft Smiles! The atmosphere is so welcoming. We enjoy the friendly staff and knowledgeable dentists on site. They even have their mascot available for emotional support 🐶❤️ "Toasty" is adorable! My son left a small toy behind during our last visit & the staff were SO kind to save it for him! This place is perfect to create positive experiences with dentistry for all ages. We'll be returning for many visits to come!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🦷

My updated review: No changes — still the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. Dr. Patel truly changed my life when it comes to dental anxiety. She and her team (plus her husband!) were made for this. Leslie and Ruth are amazing as well. I still get anxious, but I show up because she makes me feel safe, calm, and understood. She always adjusts things to make me comfortable without judgment. Whenever someone even mentions the word “dentist,” this is the only place I recommend. Plus their anxiety dog works overtime when I’m there.

Craft Smiles is amazing! I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but they make me feel so comfortable. Unlike most dentists I’ve been to, they’re never judgmental about my dental health when I’ve admittedly been lacking. The staff at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed, and Britney was amazing while doing my cleaning- making sure I was okay the whole time and was very friendly in general. Nick was great as well, all the staff are so kind and create an environment that feels so safe and comfortable. Best dentist I’ve ever been to, 10/10 recommend

I have extremely high dental anxiety. I saw a post on IG talking about how they handle dental anxiety and decided to see for myself. They are extremely kind and compassionate. I felt safe and informed. The hygienist, Ruth, informed me of every step before she did and checked in the entire time. I didn’t feel judged or shamed. The dentist, Dr. K, came in and showed my scan (which was really cool to see), he was down to earth and listened to my story and concerns. I feel relieved to have found them.

I had the best experience with Dr. Nick. his dental assistant and the front desk girls. He is patient, caring and has done amazing work for me. It was very clear what I would owe vs. what my insurance would pay. They offered easy financing if needed and it was very professional. It is clear that all of their systems work and they are very organized. I spent no time waiting and they all clearly communicated. I will be a recurring patient here and If you are nervous about dentist this is the place for you!!
