Cra-Mar Meadows

My stepmom was at this nursing home, but unfortunately, due to it being sold she had to relocate. She looked at Alpine Nursing Home and Lincolnwood. Most recent RI Dept of Health overall rating for Alpine was 5 stars vs a 1 star rating for Lincolnwood. She chose to be transferred to Alpine. I'm happy she made that decision. We will miss CraMar. The staff was always friendly and professional. I wish all the staff the best in their future endeavors.

My mom was at Cra Mar Meadows for the past year. Her care at Cra Mar Meadows was excellent. The facility is very clean, neat and never had unpleasant odors. I always found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. It is a small, family owned nursing home so it’s easy to get to know everyone

Set my grandmother in another nursing home, staff members convinced my grandmother the new place she was going to wasn’t good enough and called another nursing home to send her to without speaking to me or any family member about it. When I called them to get answers they hung up on me and when I tried calling back they would not pick up the phone and get back to me. Possibly will get lawyers involved.

My father was there for one day. The worst day ever. The nurse requested that we take all his medications there. We did. When he was sent back to the hospital, we received his bottled medications with 2 bottles missing. His seizure medication and his xanax. When we called to ask, they abruptly stated "oh no we gave them back" . extremely unprofessional, lack of care. and that was in less of 24 hrs.

Polite professional staff. When my family made an Easter visit to our loved one. The facility was light, clean, & pleasant.
