Great location and excellentservice…parking is a nightmare because of the location . Place is clean and smiling staffs.

I experienced racism at the Cozy Spa. The lady at the front desk (heavyset lady) acted like I was a criminal, and I will never go back to this place. I called after I had this horrible experience , so that I could ask for the owner's number, and she refused to give it to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Horrible place. They charged me 60$ for one hour and provided service for less than 40 minutes because they had other customers outside. In between the masseuse kept attending phone calls and other customers. They make you pay at the start of the massage and don't even have the courtesy to return money when they don't even provide service for an hour. Over the top the masseuse had the odacity to ask for tip after such a horrible service.

Disaster! Looks dirty from inside and super unprofessional. After booking an appointment a day ahead the lady was late to open, then took 2 clients that were there after me and just ignored me. Would recommend to stay clear of this place!
