CoxHealth Pediatric Center

A really bad experience from start to finish with this clinic. The front desk team sits in a dark office with the lights off and none of them are friendly. We met three of the doctors and none of them were impressive. One of them botched my son’s circumcision and we now have to see a pediatric urologist to get it revised (which requires putting a one year old through general anesthesia for surgery). One doctor made it seem like it was no big deal and it happens all the time, but another at the same clinic said it’s the first time she’s ever seen it happen. To a freshly postpartum mom, it was devastating and a huge deal to hear. We will not be using this clinic again and I would highly advise you don’t either. I'm not pleased with my child's PED I am mother if two grown men now and had my daughter late r in life so I'm not new to this I believe the lack of experience by our doc is what has brought me to my current station I have never in my life experienced what I am experiencing now I didn't go through this my ikder children. I feel profiled and discriminated against. I feel as if this is more about flexing muscle than the actual situation at hand.

Absolutely love this place. Doctors and nurses are all super friendly. They listen to every concern and offer help or advice

My son has gone here since birth! He sees Mccurdy and we love her! Even when I wasn’t sure if my son was delayed or not she referred him straight away so he could get first steps to come asap. That has been vital in his progress! She is awesome and I love the staff there as well!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE!! my daughter has a special heart condition and just a little over a month ago had heart surgery and they refused to see her after being one minute late. I had called to tell them I was gonna be late and they said okay. If you love your kids don't take them here. The care about there personal time more than our kids. And now my medical concerns have been pushed away and now will have to take my daughter to the ER for medical help/advice and not one wants to that...
