Cox Pediatric Dentistry

I usually don’t leave reviews for anything, but this was a special occasion. If there were zero stars I would have put that. My child had an appointment at 3:00 pm, we got there sometime before 2:50 pm. Got checked in waited and several other people came in afterwards having the same appointment time. My child finally got called back and so I waited in the waiting area. Then it notice that other children are getting called back and also leaving while my child is still back there. My child is great in any doctor’s office, there’s never been a problem. I was fine I had a phone but my child was back there with nothing. They let my child sitting in the chair while they were walking around and talking, because she told me that’s what they were doing. I was furious. I finally get called back 1 1

I can't say enough good things about Dr Cox and his practice. He and his staff are professional, warm, and have always been exceptionally accommodating. My daughters are now in braces, and I continue to be impressed by the progress being made. I want to convey my highest possible recommendation for this pediatric dental practice. A+

IF we have a negative star I would not hesitate to select it. New PT.... was recommend by our dentist to take our kids here. Experience is horrible, They cancel my appt less than 24hrs, because supposedly they called me multiple time and left voicemail which is very incorrect. Review my call log on my phone no voicemail or miss call till 7/28 at 2:12pm, they appt was for 7/29 at 11am. This was set up from recommended dentist and our dentist set this up with them month ago. Yet, they did not bother to call ahead of time to get all the info needed. 7/29 in the morning they called me back and reset the appt for 11am, as soon as I step outside my house to take my kids to the facility, they call me and stated they are not covered and that they won't be able to pull the tooth. My children have been patients of Dr Cox since 2005. He is extremely friendly and takes his time with children every visit. He also takes the time to talk to me and let me know how everything went. We also used Dr Cox for all 3 kids braces. They each had different orthodontia needs and they all have beautiful teeth now. I’d highly recommend this practice for anyone with kids. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
