As always my appointment went seamlessly. Serrina’s thorough cleaning and Dr. Sam’s quick assessment discovered my tooth pain was something simple and corrected the issue. My mouth is feeling great!

My hygienist, Leisa, was wonderful. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Lily was equally great. I always leave the practice feeling appreciative of the great care I have received.

Top notch customer service. Warm and inviting staff with beautiful people and good hearts. For example, Michelle at reception explains in detail next appointment treatment and explains insurance benefits so it’s very clear. She is an asset to Cowlitz dental. Another example is Tracy the dental assistant. Tracy makes things very clear on what is happening and is so fun. Tracy has me laughing by the end of procedures she makes things move along quickly as well. Highly recommend. Dr. Lily and Dr.Sam take time to go extra mile with outstanding dental procedures.
