Called and told prescriptions were ready. 2.5 hours later, I went to get them only to be told 2 of the 3 were still being prepared. LEFT! Got home and pharmacist called to say they were ready. No, I didn't go back. They better be ready tomorrow! If automatic system doesn't work, then don't use it. If this was the first time, but no, happens often.
