Had questions regarding the Covid testing processes. RUDE LADY gave me attitude on the phone. All I had was simple questions. Just wanted to clarify some information. But the lady's tone got higher n higher. I understand we all have that one stressful day, but still I work with customers too!! And I never treat my customers RUDELY or with an ATTITUDE!
