COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I have been with Walgreens for 30 years. In the past few months their service has gone down hill. My doctor called a prescription in one week ago. The automated phone service continues to say that I have no prescriptions. I was on hold for 45 minutes this morning. No one answered and I gave up. There were problems last month also. The pharmacy line is at least 20 people long with one person serving. By the way, their porch is filthy and homeless people harass people. This is for the Walgreens in Santa Fe NM on Cerrillos Rd. I am taking my business to Walmart. Michael

Awesome an awesome job and service, store is always clean and staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is got to be the most poorly business in the area. The service is underwhelming. For a business that is sorely needed by the public. It’s hard to believe the service is so poor. The service at the pharmacy is atrocious.
