Sat on hold for the pharmacy for 40 minutes. They didn't once say anything to me they just put me back on hold when it rang. Finally a woman answered and I asked if they ever answer their phones because I had been waiting soo long. She got angry and hostily said what do you want. I then told her i have two prescriptions that were supposed to be ready by 10. While she was looking them up i said you didn't have to get rude when I brought up the wait time, I said you could have said sorry. She snapped back that my meds will be done in 10 minutes and hung up
