COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Terrible customer service I am extremely upset with the service I received at this location. I placed my order early in the morning and specifically relied on the same-day pickup time (2:23 PM) because I planned to pick it up after work. When I arrived, the employees told me the order was not ready and said I should “come back tomorrow.” That is completely unacceptable, as the system clearly confirmed same-day pickup. When I explained that I cannot come another day and that I was there with my child, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care. One employee (short, heavier-set) appeared almost amused by the situation instead of trying to help. The other employee suggested waiting 1–2 more hours, which was not realistic for me with a child.
