Dear Tom, Looks like you're not a very friendly person, so I didn't try to say much to you. I didn't even say anything when you skipped my reward dollar usage with my rewards number. But when you got an attitude with me for waiting for my printing coupons, asking my boyfriend repeatedly "Help you, sir?!" As if we had some ill-intent, I'm going to say the same thing to management- what the hell is wrong with you and why aren't you giving me my coupons or receipt? Tom, you should find another job. This isn't for you.
