COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

This was an absolutely dismal experience. My one interaction was with the pharmacist for a covid-19, refused to give me my test because the first name did not match. I explained that I could not edit the first name once I had booked the appointment since it was autofilled. Everything else was correct I got the confirmation number the email the phone number the text everything. I waited in line for 20 minutes, wasting gas only to argue with the pharmacist because the first name was not correct. I was told I was s*** out of luck, even though I stated I would cancel the appointment and take the spot that I just opened up. If it weren't for covid-19 testing I would never go to Walgreens.
