COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I drove one f hours from San Diego because my son had very light flu, and the school requested me to have him a covid test, So the only location available same day was in this location, so I made the appointment. But surprise when I got to the window and I found that the birthday wasn’t correct and the lady at the window refused to do the test because the birthday wasn’t correct. Very frustrating because i drove one hour from north park and I can’t lose one day of work. Very poor handling procedures from Walgreens, couldn’t believe that they don’t have any procedures in place in case of this situation.

You have to call for appointment but everything you get to the option it hangs up called the store told me I have to use system, unbelievably broken and terrible service I hope this places closes its been a nightmare for years!
