COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I registered online for the Covid test, showed up exactly on time but they couldn't find my info. I was told I needed my Medicare Card, which I didn't have with me. Drove home to get it but when I returned, this time they found my original online registration & didn't need my Medicare card. Grrrrr!! I did the Covid swab & was told I'd get the results in 2 to 24 hours. They quickly shut the blinds on the drive-up window before I even pulled out. I needed those results for my work but they did not arrive as promised. I had to test elsewhere. I used Walgreens previously with good results but this time it was pathetic! I will not use them again.

Walgreens pharmacy changed their hours at this location. They now close at 7pm Mon-Fri. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to switch to a pharmacy that stays open later. It's difficult to find a pharmacist like Priscilla who is very kind to people with chronic conditions. I'm super bummed that I'm going to have to change locations.
