COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

The Walgreens system doesn't work right. In the morning, I made a covid testing appointment for the afternoon. I made sure it was confirmed, but never got any kind of confirmation email. I showed up to the appointment, and the pharmacy tech told me I wasn't in the system. No offer from her to figure out what happened. Just too bad, go make another one. I left a little annoyed and confused. Of course, hours later I got a confirmation for an appointment that was already expired. The tech was looking at some printed out sheet of paper. Either my appointment was there and they didn't reprint an updated list, or the system allows you to make appointments but takes too long to actually set it. Bad system, and bad customer service. I never got my test. Which, you know, pandemic and all.
