COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Requested a prescription to be filled on Monday for Tuesday morning. Checked the app Tuesday afternoon and it still said “received”. Tried calling pharmacy and sat on hold for 10+ minutes. I was working and don’t have time to wait forever. Wednesday; app says “action required-contact pharmacy”. I called again. Sat on hold for TWENTY THREE MINUTES before speaking to a human! The person that answered “checked to see if it was in stock” then said they had it and would get it ready now. When I asked why it wasn’t already done-that I had requested it days ago they didn’t have an answer. I asked if there was an insurance problem and they said no. WHY did I have to call to prompt them to do their job then? This really disappoints me. Walgreens is my favorite drug store. I buy all my cosmetics the

Horrible pharmacy sucks and is a long long wait until you can get anything.
