COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Unfortunately this is a rating I hate giving, however I rather speak the truth to keep others from being mistreated like I just encountered. The main pharmacist blonde hair fair skinned, hard to catch a name when being purposely ignored for 3 hours. Not only was very rude and inconsiderate of me as an individual but as a 19 week pregnant women who has 4 kids at home , she very easily could have discussed with me why I wasn’t allowed to pay OOP since Walgreens does not accept Va Medicaid. She refused to even speak to me or look at me directly when asked “why I couldn’t pay OOP?” Especially since she has no grounds to withhold my medication.. other then “she doesn’t feel comfortable filling my prescription” after already being told multiple times by the cashiers my prescription was almost re

Horrible service . The Pharmacist is very nasty whit my wife . Very unprofessional. We never use this pharmacy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
