Coventry Dentistry

Do not go here! The practice does not listen to customers or referring doctors. I tried to schedule an appointment upon directions from my endontist. They blew me off. I explained in no uncertain terms what the endontist wanted. They blew me off like they were talking to a two year old. I asked them to confirm what needed to be done with my endontist and they would not make the call. Very bad customer service! Do not go here or to their other office in Douglasville.

I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Coventry Dentistry. They were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. When I went into the office at my appointment time, I was taken back to the dentist with hardly any wait time. My cleaning and checkup were very thorough, and they did not try to sell me any services that I did not need. My husband went a couple months after me and had the same positive experience. Thank you, Coventry Dentistry, for being in our area!

Horrible service. Called for a cavity filling and was told they can no longer see me due to missed appointments, even though I had no missed appointments. Never go here. Very rude people.

This was my first time using this location after my past dentist retired. It’s always challenging finding a new dentist, but definitely found where I’ll be going unless my insurance changes. Everyone was very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist in the area. Much better than any of the big chain places who try and sell you on all the un-necessary products to make some extra money

I went in today for a regular cleaning and I spit out so much blood..the dentist was very fast and overly aggressive.i was literally bleeding between all of my teeth and when she was done I commented on spitting so much blood and she actually found it amusing.. I declined to schedule another visit and I refuse to have my kids ever go there again.you may want to go somewhere/anywhere else.
