Covenant Urgent Care Quaker

Very clean, knowledgeable, and I feel like they actually care about my health. They are pretty fast too, but no like hurry up and get the next one in; more like they understand we have lives waiting for us after our appointment/walk-in. I have been here a few times, and they really listen to my symptoms and concerns. I appreciate them taking such good care of me!

Terrible clinic worst experience ive ever had i go in for shoulder pain was told it would be 88$ for Xray, i get to the end of my visit provider tells me i didnt need xray i would have better results with MRI, AFTER ive already been charged and x rayed. My visit was billed at 202$ which I dont even know how or why because other charges weren’t explained. I ask a few questions upfront in a calm civilized manner to all staff present , and somehow the white “obese” nurse for lack of better words sorry don’t know her name, threatens me saying she’s calling the police for absolutely no reason, cant help but feel like my race or skin tone was only reason i was treated like this. They asked me questions pertaining to my shoulder that if asked and explained prior to being xray’d i probably wouldnt

The front desk staff was professional and very nice. However, the physician did not introduce herself, spent less than five minutes with us, and told me my son’s medication would be sent to the pharmacy. When I got there, nothing had been sent. Having a child sick with flu and strep, this lack of follow-through was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I had to call back and was told a message would be sent. This experience needs improvement.

They were fast and very polite. I forgot the ladies name, but she put an IV in my arm, and I did not feel one bit of it. She truly has a soft touch! And The nurse practitioner that helped me was super nice and very informative.

The nurse that attended me was amazing. However, when I asked to get some tests done she went to tell another nurse. Well you could hear the other nurse say no to letting her do those tests. Thankfully the nurse who was assisting me did the tests. I was truly disappointed in the other nurse, who wasn’t even giving me the test, saying no. What kind of patient care is that? What if I that test came back positive? There was a reason why I came to the doctor in the first place.
