Covenant Health Urgent Care - Maryville South (Formerly Well-Key)

From check in to check out it was great experience. The front office was friendly and helpful. The tech that took me back for intake was pleasant and thorough. Dr. Palmer was very knowledgeable and kind. I would choose him anytime! The diagnosis was right on and the meds were helpful. I would choose this clinic for all my urgent needs. Donna Shanks

Hey so why are you all still trying to charge me for a visit where you did absolutely nothing for me? I had called and gotten the original payment refunded right after the visit, but you're still asking for the payment again? Take the charge off my account. Here is my original review with more info. 8/22/25 Went for severe nausea, vomiting, and dehydration due to morning sickness from being pregnant. Their website said they treat for nausea and dehydration. But apparently they had nothing they could give me for nausea, and they don't do IV fluids. (Even though when I came here once before, from gallbladder attack naseua, they gave me a phenergan shot. which the e.r I went to right after I left here gave to me no problem) They took my 80 dollar copay and did nothing for me. The staff and provider there were excellent. I was in quickly and the PA I saw was very thorough and answered all the questions I had. She has a great attitude and bedside manner. I have always had a good experience when using this clinic.

The waiting room was packed with sick people it took a little while to get seen which is understandable, was seen by the doctor she asked me lots of questions and the exam was thorough, explained the medication and the results I would be getting. After 1 day I feel 50% better. Thank you, 5 stars rating,,,your receptionist was outstanding

My experience with this urgent care clinic was fantastic from start to finish. The check in staff were quick and efficient! The nurse and nurse practitioner addressed my concerns that were ignored at a previous appointment they both treated me with kindness and compassion and took care of all my needs completely! I would recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone they are great!!!!
