Finally, I feel heard by a doctor! I've been doing with digestive issues for years and in 15 minutes with Dr Booker we had a game plan that was pretty much along the lines of what I was hoping a GI specialist would do! She was very thorough in her explanations and actually listened to everything I had to say without just cutting me off. Highly recommend her!

I just had such a pleasant experience with a student nurse!! She was thoughtful, conscientious and thorough. This is obviously her passion! I’m just glad I met her!

I selected Dr booker as my PCP for a regular checkup. At the checkup we discussed doing routine labs and a referral to a derm. I was told she would put it a referral and someone would call me. After about a week I called and told them I never heard from anyone. He said he would look into it and call me back. A few days later I called again, and was told the same thing. I called the next day and was told the same thing. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a detailed message asking someone to please call me back. It’s been weeks and I’ve never heard from Dr Booker or anyone at her office. I was told we would go over the lab work, and I never heard about that either. Other than the terrible experience, the office is in severe need of cleaning. There is stuff literally everywhere

Dr. Graddick and her staff are absolutely amazing! Such sweet, kind and caring people. I love that the patients time is all spent with the Doctor. It truly reminds me of how it used to be, which is a beautiful thing. Your not being seen by 2-3 different techs and then you only had 5 minutes with a doctor..... Dr. Graddick is on point with everything. She is soooooooo knowledgeable about everything. I

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible office and horrible staff. Dr. Graddick was my Primary Care manager for Tricare, so all referrals had to go through her. I am pregnant, and high risk. I needed a referral to a new OB. She lied and told me she pushed the referral through and scheduled my appointment for me. I make it to my OB appointment and found out she never pushed the referral through. I had to wait another week to be seen because the OB was already backed up because they were trying to get me taken care of. Dr. Graddick told the receptionist at my OB that she didn't have time to deal with me. So needless to say, I would NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. I have since switched primary doctors. This place is a joke.
