I've been bringing my three children to Covenant Care Pediatrics since my oldest was born almost four years ago. Today, I was told by Dr. Patrick Pullium that he's discontinuing care for all three of my kids. The reason? We haven't vaccinated on the CDC schedule, and we don't bring them in for wellness checks every 3 months (something we were never told was required). I want to be clear: the nurses and nurse practitioners here have been wonderful. They've been kind, respectful, and supportive of our family's choices. This came from Dr. Pullium alone. What happened in the appointment: Dr. Pullium pressured me to vaccinate my children right there on the spot. We've been patients at Covenant Care Pediatrics for nearly four years, since our oldest was born. Today, Dr. Patrick Pullium discontinued care for all three of our children for two reasons: (1) we chose to follow a delayed/selective vaccination schedule, and (2) we don't bring our children in for wellness checks every 3 months as he apparently requires. Let me be clear on point two: we are a family of five. Healthcare is expensive. We bring our children in when they're sick and for recommended annual wellness visits, but we cannot afford to bring three healthy children to the doctor every quarter when nothing is wrong. UPDATE: We were "dismissed" after writing this review. All 5 kids. Wow. I've been at Covenant Care for almost 5 years and all 5 of my children are currently being seen by this practice (4 since birth). The office is clean, appointments and check-ins are efficient, the front desk and nursing staff are so, so, so wonderful. 🥰 I found this practice years ago and specifically chose them because they told me they accepted unvaccinated children. Dr. Pulliam is TERRIBLE. He makes me feel dumb for asking questions. His answers give a "duh", or a "you should know that" vibe. He's dismissive. No matter your concern, he tells me I'm exaggerating and the kid is fine. Everything is normal. This doctors office is very unprofessional. My son came in for a sick visit and was released without being notified that he had to have a “well” visit so they discharged him from the office. I was never contacted or notified that he needed to do a well visit. If I came to an appointment I should’ve been notified that he needed a new appointment while I was there..I do not recommend this doctor office. They are very dismissive and show no signs of concern or sympathy…Take your kids elsewhere.

They are horrible and rude ! I didn’t get to even ask all the questions that I had about my baby since the last visit. attitudes was very nasty and everything I say about my child there response is it’s fine without any concern or checking of there own . They do not note anything about ur child in there system for follow up appointments and after every “check up” they give u the same copy and paste paper that everyone gets not a paper actually discussing what UR appointment was about.
