I was told Gilbert Lab opened at 6:30 am ...I got up early... I was there just after 6:30 am ...dark building not even one light on...I waited until 6:45...and thought nobody is going to be here until 7 or 8 am ..so I left...then I called the office at 8am to find out what time the Lab opened and was told 6:30...she put me on hold and came back saying someone was there...the Lab staff LIED...NO! nobody was there!

They refused to see me for an annual physical (this is wellness and covered by insurance 100%), kept asking me if there was something wrong, I said no. So, it made me come in for a new patient consultation appt. just to do paperwork and tell them nothing was wrong, but charged me $105 co-pay before I was allowed to schedule an annual physical. Probably the shady billing referenced in previous reviews. My opinion is that their behavior as a clinic overall is very unprofessional, if not completely unethical. When they were supposed to call in a prescription, it took them over 3 days, and I had to call them numerous times, to the point I felt like I was bothering them about my own healthcare. Been visiting for about a year. No problems, generally healthy, pretty standard visits (physicals). Never waiting long. Front desk was flexible when there were complications with my insurance. PA that saw me was knowledgable and concerned, the team was quick to schedule a CT scan which turned out to be appendicitis. Lab tech was really quick and skilled for drawing blood.

We’ve seen multiple providers here, always a great experience. This is one of those rare medical practices that actually honors their appointment times as opposed to running late, yet we never feel rushed by the provider in the exam room. We feel fortunate having this practice keeping us healthy.

Highly unprofessional/neglegent. My girlfriend was seen for abdominal pain and had an ultrasound with notable findings - the receptionist called her to inform her of the results, her condition, and to tell her not to worry about it. She was told she could not talk to her physician about it (too busy) and would not get a follow-up appointment then was ushered off of the phone. If you have any other in-network options for providers please seek treatment elsewhere, this clinic is borderline malpractice.
