I had a very positive experience with this rehab facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality rehabilitation care. From the moment the admission process began, the Admission Director was incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. The nursing staff truly stood out during the stay. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring toward residents. It was clear that they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their recovery. I would also like to recognize the HR team for maintaining such a professional and organized environment

During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, she was compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to understand my dad’s needs, explained every step of the process, and made sure he was placed in a safe environment. Thanks to her dedication, my dad’s transition into this nursing home was smooth, and our family now has a peace of mind. I know that they genuinely care about the people and families they help, not just the process. I am truly grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend this nursing home because of the outstanding individuals who work there.

Mable Chambers the admission director and staff at this skilled nursing facility are caring, professional, and attentive. The environment is clean, welcoming, and focused on patient comfort and recovery. Communication with families is clear and consistent. I highly recommend this facility.

Family's only get changed twice a day. Sitting in 💩 poop all day..has broken down her skin on the butt. Can't keep no help.good nurses or aids will not stay. Saturday and Sunday short staffed. I heart broken to see to see love ones treated in such a manner. Get what you can afford i guess 🤷. The smell is awful I know it's the facility sewage

I am disappointed and disturbed for what I have witnessed and experienced. The overall cleansiness of the facility is unacceptable. There is a smell of urine throughout, and many areas appeared dirty and poorly maintain giving concerns about hygiene and infection control. The attitude of the staff is troubling. Most are unfriendly unapproachable, and seemed to lack warmth and compassion. My dad was constantly falling and injuring himself, which shows to me that he was not being watched properly. There were residents in the hallway, without being attend to for hours.I was extremely worried about my father's health and overall standard of care. His dementia seems to have declined faster in this facility. Once he was moved to another facility, my father is now blossoming. If you care for your
