Courtyard Rehab & Nursing Center

The previous report (5years old) is completely out of date and totally inaccurate. My husband is a stroke patient. He recuperated after the first and we went home for a year. Then, tragically, he had another stroke and requires skilled nursing rehabilitation. This is the very best place in our area. THE NAME OF THIS PLACE IS STONE CREEK HEALTH AND REHABILITATION not Courtyard any lionger. Please correct this on your maps

This place was bought out by a new company and is now called "StoneCreek Health and Rehabilitation". In fact, this living center has changed hands 3 times in the last few years. They're horribly understaffed, awful to their employees, awful food, the nurses do not help answer call lights, so if a CNA is busy, your loved one may be out of luck, especially since the CNA's gripe and moan about having to answer a call light that "belongs to someone else." So if your loved one isn't in the group of residents assigned to that CNA standing in the hall chatting, you can expect their call light to be going off for awhile. The employees do not work as a team and act VERY unprofessionally. And I don't just mean the CNA's and nurses. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator have no personal qualm
