Courtyard Care Center

My father was in a bad car accident in September. He has been at this facility for over 8 weeks. It’s been a very tough situation on our family but the staff / nurses have really helped support us a make this process smooth. We really wanna thank Merrissa she’s went above & beyond to make sure my father has gotten proper care and is comfortable during his stay. Merrissa is truly amazing we can’t thank her enough!!!

Courtyard Care Center is simply the best skilled nursing facility in the Bay Area. It is a small community and a bit unknown. What sets Courtyard Care Center apart from other skilled nursing facilities is the fact that every single staff member works as one, cohesive team, in every way. I visit my dad most days of the week and have gotten to know many members of the staff. The staff only say positive things about Courtyard and how much they enjoy working there...and it shows in the pride, care and love they give to their patients. Our family truly considers the staff to be an extension of our family. Courtyard has been nothing short of a divine blessing. Our family is forever grateful.

When a family member discharged from the hospital he entered Courtyard. He was not your typical "rehab" patient. Although his challenges were new to the facility they worked tirelessly to take care of him. He is now stable through their efforts. I can not say enough about the accessible, supportive and resourceful staff. From the attending physician, to the administrative staff, PT/OT, medical staff, and all the way to housekeeping and kitchen staff they are visible, welcoming and caring. We are very pleased and thankful.

I’ve been in this facility for 9 days and felt i needed to write a review. I do not normally write reviews but my circumstances are such that it may help someone else. I had a motorcycle accident out here while on vacation. I was lucky that I ended up in Stanford medical center. Nine days in hospital five in the ICU with broken ribs , shoulder elbows etc I was banged up. I was also non weight bearing and could not do anything on my own I live in Florida and needed to get a lot more care. Not knowing the area we choose Courtyard on account of location and some reviews Like I said I don’t write reviews but it was the best decision we could have made The Occupational therapy group got me weight bearing within 24 hours !!!! What a gift after having to depend on everyone f

I was discharged from hospital to Courtyard weeks ago. I'm impressed with the cleanliness, organized and well-managed environment here. Under superb leadership of Aaron, an energetic manager, no matter day or night shift, from the nurses, CNA, staff, activity teams, social worker, facilities to housekeeping, everyone treat the residents and guests cheerfully with the utmost attentiveness, care, compassion and respect. Besides, Lupi and her hard-working kitchen teammates always serve meals hot with good balance and taste. I greatly appreciate that they are able to altered my menu preferences to accommodate my special digestion needs. Minimally processed meat cooked from the kitchen is very delicious, would like to have less processed food on the menu. I highly recommend the Courtyard to a
