Beware of the bed bugs. Think hard before you take any family member here because they have bugs.also some of the managers are rude including the new administrator Ashley. Do not recommend.
The facility has some of the hardest working staff I have ever experienced. The residents are treated like family, and always have activities to participate in and put smiles on their faces.Adminstration even works the unit if short staffed. This place rocks as a care facility.
My wife and I would like to thank the staff and administration of the Keosauqua Health Care Center for the top quality care and compassion my father in law received during his stay in their facility. The professionalism of the administration helped guide the family through this difficult move. The care he received from the nursing and support staff was of the highest quality. From our arrival on the first day through the hospice support, he was treated with care, tenderness and a smile, regardless of the hour or the demand. We recommend the Keosauqua Health Care Center without reservation to all of those needing these services.
From the pictures I have seen the residents are all smiling and having fun. My dad is at this care center and he always seems happy.
Amazing! Very clean and staff is absolutely fantastic. Very hard working team that works together!
