Our family has been using this clinic for 20 plus years, but recently experienced a first, having to send Molly over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Thompson and his staff were extremely kind, professional, and gentle with our entire family throughout the process. I picked up her ashes today and they had a lovely gift for us to remember her. They definitely made this difficult decision as pleasant as they could. Thank you to your entire staff.
I have always had nothing but amazing experiences here from staff to cleanliness to the care of my animals. My family has always taken our family pets here and I’ve never once been disappointed. I love going to a place that respect my concerns for my pets and is able to help and guide me in directions when I ask so I can be the best pet parent. Not only that my pets are not anxious or scared they are calm and happy and love all the staff. I will never take my pet anywhere else.
I called about my asthmatic cat, knowing it was a longshot for an appointment since I am new to the area, just moved here 2 months ago. No surprise, no appointments and the CSR said 'oh for new patients it wouldn't be until January.' I replied 'well that's too long for a cat with asthma, do you know of any other reputable clinics in the area?' Their reply was 'yes, its too long to wait, and no we do not know anyone else.' That was it! No care, no further information. Just nope - not even a 'sorry we couldn't get you in.' This clinic claims to be one of the top in the nation per AAHA - but the owner is on the board of directors at AAHA so that's not surprising. I worked the last 6 years as a CSR at a Vet Clinic and am appalled by the lack of care by the front desk staff. I didnt mind there
Staff is amazing. I’ve been taking my pets here since I was a kid, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. You can really tell that everyone you come in contact with is truly happy to be there and help you and your animals.
Love everything about this place. Been coming here for a couple years
