Cottrill's Specialty Pharmacy

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the staff at Cottrill’s for over a year now. Because I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and require my medication (injection form) delivered every two weeks, I tend to speak with them on a frequent basis, especially at the beginning when they assisted me in having the medication approved. If it weren’t for them going the extra mile and speaking with my doctor’s office and insurance provider, I’m sure I would have been denied. They all worked as a team to make this possible for me and I’m doing much better physically/mentally. No matter who I spoke with, I received the same professional/personal service. I hope to continue working with them in the future.

Mike and Melissa help me with everything and I just appreciate their professionalism and care when it comes to the regular shipping of my medication, to any issues I have with my office not sending the right prescription. They make sure that things get done when they need to and truly care for their patients! THANK YOU GUYS! Also Cotrill’s as a specialty pharmacy has been an amazing experience due to their efficiency, having a pharmacist for emergency calls, and accessibility. In the 15 years I have been on specialty medication I truly feel like I am under the right care with Cotrill’s.

I’ve had the smoothest process working with Cottrill’s. They were hands down the easiest specialty pharmacy to communicate with and the most willing to work with me to resolve any issues I was having to help me get my medication on time. I was lucky to work with Melissa B and she was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.

I found Cottrill's through a friend. I am sure glad that I did. I have dealt with Lea (Pharmacist) and she has been wonderful. I only wished I had found Cottrill's sooner. You can really feel the personal touch Lea provides. A true gem of a pharmacy.
