Cottage Urgent Care - Port Hueneme

Best urgent care in Ventura county! Staff are friendly, timely, and answer all questions! I love that you can make an appointment! Went in for a possible broken wrist and got immediate x rays and results. Was assisted by Courtney, Li Lim, and Janel. All were exceptional!

I had a Wonderful experience. I was feeling ill, and after checking in, I was seen within 5 minutes. Isabel took my vitals, she was soo kind and caring. I was also seen by Dr. Natalie, she was attentive and very kind as well! Especially if your not feeling well, it really helps, to be cared for and be seen quickly, do you can go home and rest. 5 Stars to this facility. Very clean as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Cottage Urgent Care this week. I am new to the area and needed stitches removed, so I decided to pop into Cottage to get that done. I was able to make a same-day appointment online, which was super convenient. The facilities were clean, quiet, and modern. The woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I overheard her interaction with the patients ahead of me and she was equally enthusiastic and helpful to them. Nurse Alma was the one who took my vitals and removed the stitches. She was also great. She was able to remove the stitches quickly & I was on my way. Edit: The receptionist is named Gabby!

All the staff were wonderful! It's also the nicest urgent care I've seen! HIGHLY recommend. I was able to set up an appointment which also made the process much easier

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful except for the practitioning nurse that saw me. She asked me a few questions and referred me to the E.R. and would not provide any thoughts or insights about my problem. I was shocked to be greeted with such bad attitude. Nobody should be treated this way.
