Cottage Urgent Care - Buellton

Cottage urgent care in Buellton is a real quality outfit. My wife and I have both been there more than once and every time we go, we are taken care of quickly, compassionately and have always received effective treatment. Would be nice if others could learn by their example

I had a scheduled 9:00 AM flu shot, which Cottage Urgent Care provided without charge, and arrived at 8:55. They were expecting me, had me fill out a short form (30 seconds), called me in at exactly 9:00, and I was on my way at 9:05. Why doesn’t everything work this smoothly?

I have continued to have positive experiences at this urgent care and this last visit was no exception. All staff were exceptionally kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

This was the second time this location was closed and it wasn't indicated on the website or on Google. Instead, there is just a sign on the front door to say they are closed for the day. You have to drive out to find out that it is closed. In this instance, our baby needed an urgent care appointment, and after driving there, we had to get her back in the car and drive her to another location. I'd recommend a system to indicate online, especially on your own website, whether or not your location is closed. This is URGENT care... meaning the need is urgent and people count on clear and accessible communication.

The staff was exceptionally kind and caring. They allowed me to stay out in my vehicle while my wife took care of all the paperwork and got me in the waiting line which was very short. I had a severe migraine having a great deal of vomiting. The staff brought me in, put me in a dark room and spoke to me in a kind, soft voice. They were very sympathetic and reassuring regarding the medications they recommended. Everything went smoothly and they allowed me to wait in the room for a while until I started to feel a little better. I was completely exhausted and miserable since I had been dealing with this migraine for about eight hours. The kind thoughtful words of the all female staff were extremely appreciated.
