Cottage Hill Dental Health Center

I went threw a couple offices before I found Cottage Hill , and they've been incredible so far , all the staff is so friendly and welcoming, so caring and make you feel so comfortable. I truly couldn't of asked for a better experience! They were able to get me in for two appointments so far this month for the work I need done , with a 3rd one at the end of this month and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend this center!

I had an appointment right before the thanksgiving holiday. The appointment went well. I have some tooth decay from previous pregnancy & a genetic condition. I was so excited to finally be in the right track to get my teeth fixed . The dentist said my teeth would be good as new by Christmas. During my check out I was told I needed permission from my OB/GYN and to have that sent to the office. I ended up grabbing the letter myself and hand delivering it to the office because I was just so ready to get started.. she told me she would call me after thanksgiving and set up my appointments. I waited a week and didn’t hear back. I ended up calling and left a voicemail. Never heard back. I called again a few days later and never got an answer. I feel like they took advantage of my Medicaid and ju

If I could give 0 stars I would! Donna is acts so incredible incompatible of doing her job! I went in for my appointment and I showed her EVERYTHING she asked for she kept telling me I needed something else I showed her proof of Medicaid, my gulf coast total care packet, and my Drivers license and she tells me I have to call Medicaid and get a reference number and term ID. I call Medicaid and they don’t have of that they just give you the Medicaid number. Don’t bother going to this dentist office if your going to have to speak to her!!

Receptionist forgot to give me back my drivers license and insurance card.had to make a drive back to the office. She thought it was joke. Laughing. No apologies or nothing,I won't be going back because of Donna.

A HUGE thank you to Dr. Norstedt and his team! They were fantastic in helping me with a toothache during the COVID-19 crisis. It's been only a few hours after the extraction and I have almost no pain. The front was exceptionally understanding and kind. Thank you all so much!
