Cottage Grove Smiles Dentistry

I had to make an urgent visit to Cottage Grove Smiles this morning due to some complications from a tooth extraction (from another dentist) in December. Dr Thomas Morien DDS answered the phone himself when I called before hours. I explained my situation & pain. He told me to come right in. It's a holiday today & he was in the office by himself yet & still took excellent care of me! In about 20 minutes I was headed back home feeling so much better already! I can't say enough good things about this office & everyone I've met there.

Amazing experience and grateful for the kindness and dignity shown to my child and myself, from the front desk staff to Dr M and everyone in-between. I am not a fan of the dentist due to past fears, this was the best experience I have ever had. Also I love the early morning times to come in and get er done. Thank you team and grateful! You won’t be disappointed!

Tricked into getting a credit card while described as a personal loan. Than they rushed a procedure, than called out for a root canal after putting on the plastic temporary cap. Than after being told i would need to wait over a month to recieve the permenant tooth got sent to a different clinic to get the root canal from the same guy, biling issues since its not the same clinic as the one i already paid. Pretty sure im out the $1000 from all this as they sent the money back to the credit card i already paid off and they could not be more indifferent. Terrible communication. Good work though, the dentist did a great job for all 3 visits.

I mean this with the upmost sincerity, when I say that Dr. Morien is the best dentist I have ever had. I have never encountered a medical professional whose approach to a patient’s care, that was so grounded and based in reality. You’ll leave your appointment with confidence, simple and realistic goals for your dental hygiene. Why? Because you’ll feel like you just had an important conversation with a friend who has your best interests in mind and understands why its hard to floss rather than the dentist who’s ready to scold you over your lack of flossing habits and move on to their next patient. AWESOME!! Funny to say about going to the dentist but this place is amazing! The dentist Dr. Tom is fabulous, very professional and kind. All of the staff is great. I was very nervous and they made me feel very welcome.
