Cottage Grove Health and Rehab

My mother is only to be here for rehabilitation services sadly she was sent back to the hospital with a temp of 101. Nursing home did not inform us but the hospital did. My mother end up passing away. I wish we had stay in Washington, dc and not move to no ms. I miss her everyday. Please please please don't bring your family friend to this place. All of this happen back in 2010 but it hurt ever day she was healthy back at home and when she she came to ms she was good when she first got to this nursing home but black eyes and ect . Sabe your family get a home health aide whatever but don't let this place be the place. Please DON'T DO IT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

I would not recommend this place at all for anyone's love one. They are NOT worth the time I am taking to write this review. They do not give a care about your love one and their health. It is poorly managed on all levels. They get paid monthly to provide quality care, yet they DO NOT. The biggest mistake I made is letting my love one walk through this facility door (s). This is my opinion and mine along based on personal facts and experience. Not fiction or learned from someone else.

This place is trash the nurses don't care about your loved ones at all for example my grandfather was sent to the hospital on December 28, 2018 and I wasn't notified until today (January 4, 2019) they are lazy and obviously irresponsible Do not send your loved ones here😠😠😠 they don't give a damn about their patients

Lady who answered the phone was very rude and passive agressive Just quit already if you hate the job so much
