Costco Pharmacy

Worst customer service ever, after doing all my shopping at Costco, I went back to the pharmacy to pick-up my prescription and the three people at the counter closed the door and told me they were going to have lunch and they would be back in one hour, I said I already finished doing my shopping, so I asked if they could please at least give me my prescription back to go get the medicine somewhere else, they just looked at each other and walked away. The third person stayed at the counter the whole time but she said she couldn’t do anything because the other two who went to lunch left the door locked. The sign in the photo says they would close if there was only one pharmacist on duty, but there were three of them when I got there. Simply terrible, unbelievable and un understandable.

I just had one of the best experiences possible at a Pharmacy. Initially went to their competition; they were rude and not helpful. My wife said to try Costco. Helpful on the phone, and even better at the counter, offering me different options for my expensive heart med. Jose the tech got me signed up with a manufacturer coupon, saving me $650. Cashier was so cheerful and helpful. Can't say enough about this crew.

I can’t recommend this Costco pharmacy. I guess they are OK when it comes to normal medicine, but I take a controlled substance (sleeping pills) and it is always a nightmare to order them through Costco. You always get the sense that the employees do not care about the health of their patients. I think I will look for another place to buy my pharmaceuticals.

Young lady on staff was very rude when trying to refill perception for my dogs. Always loved Costco, but will not be using the pharmacy any longer and would not recommend to anyone.

Just tried to transfer a prescription to this pharmacy and the gentleman behind the counter instead of being helpful would rather say that I didn't have prescription coverage when he didn't know how to look me up in their system. Costco customer service severely lacking here and very disappointed don't use this place
